All of the Hotel's facilities are very clean and I have always taken care of the quality of the water in the pool on a daily basis. The employees are very polite and cheerful (Mexicans are the best in Mexico). Good sized apartments, with a balcony and we even had a free upgrade. For those with children, there is an area of the beach protected by rocks that break the waves and this was very good.

The food at all meals was varied but always Mexican style, with lots of sauces, spices and peppers. As it is a "kids Friedly" hotel and I was traveling with children, I missed mashed potatoes, grilled chicken, minced meat, carrot puree. White rice, boiled potatoes, omelet (except for breakfast), I didn't see it and I stayed there for 6 days. As for room service, water and tea replacement, bathroom mat, etc., it was good for the first three days. In the other three, I had to run around to replace almost everything. I missed NETFLIX or similar, even paying

The food was amazing. Definitely the best all-inclusive food I've ever had. Great room service and super helpful/friendly workers!

The resort was extremely difficult to find what you needed - it was not user-friendly at all in terms of getting around in the elevators and finding restaurants. The stairwells and elevators had little to zero maps, the floor numbers were confusing, and I ran into about 6 other couples who were also frustrated with how to get around. Maps of the resort/restaurants/how to get there through which tower/ would be so helpful. Also, regarding the elevators - they were extremely slow (but this isn't a deal breaker). However, because they were SO quiet and on one tower, you couldn't see them all at once, so it was hard to know when your elevator arrived. So after waiting a long time, we'd often miss it because we didn't even know that it arrived. It seems like a very small thing to complain about, but when you're paying $500+++ a night for top luxury, these things definitely jump out.

Some ups and downs but overall decent stay

The food was great - lots of variety with buffet style and a la carte options, as well as some action stations. There’s also a snack bar in case you wanted a grab-and-go option. Drinks were quite good with generous amounts of alcohol. If you are interested in premium alcohol options you can pay extra for the day and they will use the premium ones for your drinks. They don’t mention this at the time of check-in, unfortunately. Some staff members definitely pulled the weight of others - friendlier, more attentive, and provided excellent service. A special shout out to Martin who was the food and beverage/restaurants manager. He personally checked on us and when we mentioned that we had a few unpleasant experiences, he got the chef to make some special local dishes and drinks for us. He definitely knows how the service industry works (having worked in the industry myself) and understood that little personalized gestures can go a long way. Also want to mention the lady bartender at the martini bar - Odeth - who was the only one who knew how to make a killer dirty martini! The rooms are decent and spacious. Every room comes with a balcony so you’ll get at least a partial view of the ocean from your room. The washroom has all the amenities you’d need for your stay. The beach is lovely and some of the facilities were great.

The check-in process should have included a quick guide on how to use the services provided to guests. This was our first time at an all-inclusive so some info would have helped. We assumed they had our credit card details already (through this booking) as they did not ask us if we would like to have our card on file. We had to come to the reception twice to get our CC on file and again to opt for the premium bar. The fact that that the reception is on a completely different floor from where all the activities are taking place isn’t the most convenient. They could either make sure to mention all these details at check-in OR have a representative from reception at PB floor to help guests with requests like ours. Some staff members were not as attentive or friendly. We even tipped generously from the beginning of our stay hoping that it might help get their attention but that did not seem to have any impact. The staff that were attentive and friendly managed to change our bad experiences, however (Martin, Odeth and others) The room and washroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be. There were large stains on the couch/day bed, scum in the washroom sink and the toilet flush wasn’t working well. However, they sent housekeeping staff to fix the toilet immediately after we mentioned about it. We felt that for CAD $600 a night it may have not been the best value for money. Pro-tip: Stay away from the vendors on the beach, including the ladies offering massages. The prices are greatly inflated, and you can find massages for much cheaper near the Malecón.

I had a great time on our girls trip! They had some cool activities and the Mexican night they had was super fun!

The pools where nice and the roof top bar with the jacuzzis was amazing!

I feel like the staff could have been a little more welcoming. I feel like with an all inclusive the drinks are usually a little on the weaker side but the drinks barley had any alcohol and tasted very watered down. If we didn’t ask for doubles or triples it was like we were drinking non alcoholic drinks

Dude it was like very not clean. I've stayed at some shady hotels that kept their facilities cleaner. At first I thought about it being an all inclusive and having more foot traffic than I realized I stayed at other facilities that were also all inclusives that were simply way cleaner. For example, they had what i think were beatles all over the hallway, like they literally would fall on you. And then the crew would smash them with their carts and smear them all over the floors. You think they would mop the floors and clean them? Nope, they would sweep at the end of the day but the bug guts would be smeared all over the floor since they didn't mop. Have pride and standards for your hotels, looking at you Hilton.
